Sizzling Sausage w Sautéed Spinach

Ingredients

2 sausages good quality (can be cooked prior to help with time in the morning)

3 handfuls of fresh washed spinach

Oil

Red chili flakes to taste

Method

Cook the sausages whole. Sliced once cooked and cooled slightly.

In a frying pan place a drizzle of oil, salt to taste and sauté the spinach. Once cooked sprinkle with chili flakes.

Serve hot.
