Hi, I’m Jessica a certified IIN (Institute for Integrative Nutrition), Health Coach helping women manage their Midlife symptoms. Together we focus on:

eliminating brain fog

improving the quality of sleep
I work with clients to prioritize their health goals, developing a Midlife Action Plan in movement and nutrition that meets you exactly where you’re at, without dietary dogma. I believe in simplicity, actionable health tweaks with accountability and having fun along the way.
