Class Offerings

JRMethod was initially created to support busy women in Midlife, with a movement platform that builds muscle mass, elongates the body and focuses on physical, mental and spiritual health, as we’re multi-dimensional sassy Mama’s. JRMethod Movement offers core, upper body, lower body, total body, stretch and series workouts.

Each class is 10 - 30 minutes in length and targets a specific part of the body. Customize your workout, based on time and individual need.

On Monday you find you have 10 minutes - take a 10 minute total body class. On Wednesday, you have 30 minutes - take a core, upper body and lower body class, for example.

A recommended class schedule is offered weekly. New classes are added every week. You will strengthen, elongate and feel damn good in the skin you’re in, working out on your mat with Jessica.
