Asian Salmon in 30
Ingredients
1.5 pound of whole salmon
2 tbs of honey
2 tbs of light soy sauce
2 gloves of garlic minced
1 tsp of mince ginger
1 tbs of rice vinegar
1 tsp of sesame oil
1 tsp of sesame seeds
4 scallions thinly sliced
Method
Set oven to 400F
Place salmon in a baking dish to fit. Season with salt & pepper.
Whisk all honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, sesame oil & seeds together and pour over the salmon.
Bake for 10 minutes and baste the salmon with the liquid in the baking dish. Cook for another 8-10 minutes, until salmon is cooked to your liking. Baste after the salmon is cooked and garnish with scallions and sesame seeds (if desired).
