Ingredients

1 mug of 1/2 boiling water plus 1/2 cool filtered water

1/4 tsp of turmeric

1/4 tsp of ground pepper (I just add 4 twists from my pepper shaker)

1 tbs of apple cider vinegar or 1/2 of a fresh squeezed lemon
