Workout Type

We keep them short but targeted, with a focus on daily movement to elongate and strengthen intrinsic muscle and incorporating strength training three times a week. Say what? Workouts where you lift small, medium, heavier weights (unique to you), to build muscle mass.

Muscle mass is the goddess of burning fat at rest.

Holistic Approach
