Chocolate Chip Cookies w Protein

Ingredients

14 oz of chickpeas drained & rinsed

3 heaped tbs of peanut butter

2 tps of vanilla

1/4 cup of maple syurp

1/2 tps of baking soda

1/2 tps of baking powder

1/4 cup of chocolate chip cookies

Method

Set oven to 350F

Place chickpeas in a blender, I use the food processor, blend until the chickpeas are tiny, tiny, pieces. Add the peanut butter, vanilla, maple syrup, then the baking soda and baking powder, straight into the blender. Blend until smooth.

Take out the blade out and stir in the chocolate chips.

Place tbs of batter on a lined and greased baking tray. This batch will make 12 cookies. Cook for 18-20 minutes.
