Not only is 10 minutes of movement achievable (there are after all 1,440 minutes in a single day), the benefits of 10 minutes are endless for your physically and mental health. With obesity, depression and anxiety on the rise around the world, it’s critically important we not only set ourselves up for success, but lead by example for our children - daily 10 minute movement is the key to our overall health.
The hardest part of daily movement is starting, creating a new habit, but trust me once you commit and push through the negative self sabotage talk, the brain offers, you will happily, consistently move your body as your mood will improve with the release of endorphins - that feel good hormone and endorphin my friend, is the sweet secret sauce to unlock your motivation.
